I need to know how to post and make a new thread

post~ one message in a thread
Thread~ a catagory inside a board
Board~ a catagory inside a forum
Forum~ the whole thing

Posting: at the bottom of a thread there is a quick reply box. Type a mesage there for quick replies. For an more extravagant message, there is a reply button to the right at the top or bottom of a thread. Type your message and click "post message"
Threads: When inside a board, click "new thread" at the top or bottom of the board. type your message and click "post message"
Boards: Only staff can make new boards. If you have an idea for a new board please tell one of the co-admins of admins.
