I do need to apologize for my reduced time online. My reasons are being announced now, so don't get impatient please.

I've been dealing with some very large family issues as of recent. With an announcement just over Thanksgiving Holliday (American Holiday) that my uncle was diognosed with ALS (Lou Gehig's Disease). A desease that interferes with brain impulses over time. Causing loss of mototr skills because the nerve impulses no longer send out properly. When diognosed, people are given 3-5 years to live from the incurable disease. The cause of death is typically respiratory failure and/or cardiac arrest because the brain can no longer send nerve impulses to control that properly any more.
The problem is that they found out my uncle has already had the disease for some time now. So he has been given 12-18 MONTHS before he passes. He's showing intense signs of deterioration already, which pains me greatly. So more of my time is trying to keep in touch with my uncle.

Another part is trying t get myself checked out medically. Seeing how there may be some problems within my own body.

Final step aside from still looking for work is that my book is starting to get some very good and intense review, so focus is shifting much more toward my book rather than the RP right now. So I may be online by far less than normal.

However, when I am not online and any of you wish to contact me to ask about my or my family's well-being, up to and including my book's progress. Feel free to contact me via email at: darkisc@yahoo.com

I will post a little bit of other information in some journal posts very soon.

I wish all of you good fortune and good health.

Please, please don't ever think you should put this forum before your family. I am grieved to hear about your Uncle, it's never easy to go through such traumatic events, and such a shame it's right before the holiday too. I do hope you take care of yourself as well.

Of course my family comes first, it's sad because they're all getting sick, and so many are nearing death now, including my great grandparents, two uncles, a cousin, and my mom is at risk. So I try to keep close to them. Whilst I battle with my possibility of having Parkinson's disease. So it's a large uphill battle. Family I stick close to right now.

And knowing I have limited time for others, and possibly even myself, I need to work more on my books and help my family even more. Though you're all welcome to send me emails when you please. I'd love to talk to everyone when I can.

It's horrible that it's all happening at once... I can only hope they find a way to recover. Some people do survive from what was thought to be a terminal disease, but it's hard to know what people can do to stop it. The best thing to do is try everything, I guess. I can understand what you're feeling seeing your uncle deteriorate so much.. I've seen that kind of thing firsthand too. Just keep talking to him because people in those situations really appreciate the support like you wouldn't believe.

And you don't have to apologise about not being active on here - we totally understand, alright? Take care of yourself and your family and I hope to hear from you again soon.. I'm glad to hear about your success with your books though!

Please take care of yourself, and as Lil'chan said you don't need to apologise - please put yourself and your family first!

I'm sorry to hear that things have become so bad :(
