To be honest, I agree with most of your points there, Pala-chan, though there are some people the world is better off without. People who have killed an enormous number of people and who would continue to do so if they live... people like Hitler and Saddam Hussein... I think it's just as well they're gone. There's a point where the killing goes to such a point that a community is hugely better off without them and would only be further shattered if that person remained in power. x__x;

Too many positive things are happening to me lately.. I feel kinda bad! ><;;; I recently got a boyfriend and he's absolutely amazing and I've been smiling so much lately. xD And everyone at school is all pumped about the upcoming school ball and everything is just going so nicely now.. I know what you mean about certain people, Lil'Chan.
You shouldn't feel bad for being happy! What sort of dress are you going to wear to the ball? And does this mystery boy have a name? (-_- Ok, so now I'm sounding like a prying slap, sorry about that.)
Things are going ok for me, but I'm very disenchanted right now because my puppy (Who is now a fully grown ridge-back cross) bit me yesterday! It was entirely my fault, of course, but now I can't use my left arm or hand *cries*. Oh well, it just proves that you should never get involved in a dog fight ^^;
On a brighter note Pidge has comeback! My incredibly dodgy homing pigeon came back last night, so that has made me very happy ^^
Pidge first came to my house last year when there was a really big storm, and she/he has been visiting periodically ever since ^^
On a side note, has anyone ever been so bored that they have tried one of those psychic tests with the picture cards? I was so sick of studying at the library yesterday that I tried one of them, and of 1000 attempts I got a total of 0 hits *cries in a corner*.
My balldress is burgundy! xD I love it. Although I can't imagine how hard it will be trying to dance in the thing. Ballroom dancing is surprisingly fun, you know. And yeees, his name is Matt. xD A very common name, but that's fine.
Your dog bit you?! You weren't badly hurt though, were you? Like, it was the equivalent of a cat scratch? ZOMG you have a homing pigeon.. that's so neat. xD Once my pet dove got out and he flew into the gum trees and didn't come down to the next day. Silly fellow.

The bite was actually quite nasty, but the bruises are fading now, and the rest of it is slowly healing. If it isn't 100% by the end of the month I'll have a doctor look at it. But as I said, it was an accident, normally she wouldn't hurt a fly. And we're still on good terms...in the regards that I think that she makes a good pillow, and she stalks me ^^;
You have a Dove? That is very cool, much cooler than having a pidgeon. Pidge is a bit of a spaz, but I'll adopt anything that wanders into my yard XD

My hand and my arm have almost finished healing now, so I'm really happy. The doctors were worried that I might have fractured a bone or two, but the wound seems to have taken care of itself, so it's all good ^^ (May is asleep on my lap right now....I spend way too much time with my dogs *sighs* )

This week I just have to type up my 5000 word essay, study for my psych exam and then I have to somehow work out how to do my lab report - so in other words I plan on taking things easy, what is everyone else up to?
The move is nearly complete, we just need to finish repairs on the house and also work on organizing furniture, so there's more to do there.
My mother and I did go to Fry's Electronics. Bought some neat things, like that brand new Samsung LED TV, which on special gave us a free Blueray Player. Oh my god LED is way better than plasma and LCD. Crystal clear, no fuzz or blurring in movement, better contrast with darks and lights, zero color distortion. SO AWESOME! Casino Royal is so awesome on Blueray. I don't like DVD too much now that I experienced 1080p with Component and HDMI hookup.
Aside from that, my Great Grandfather, a retired Lt. Conolen in the Army died today, I'm happy he is no longer suffering or confined.

What has everyone been doing lately (I mean, considering it's June now.. ><)?
I've been at the school balls and had to keep a lot of schoolwork under control and I've just so so much extra-curricular stuff to do that it's not funny. XP I've even become inactive on deviantart, which I used to go on heaps. My camera broke and I haven't been drawing much and.. gahhh.

That's good your ball went well! I wish we had them here, but we only have a formal in the winter (a WINTER formal... ah... so cold outside... ;-; ) and a prom for the graduates only. D: It kinda sucks, but the SRC (Student COuncil) said they'd try their hardest to bring back the dances and have more formals this year. I hope so. It would be amazing.
It's still summer for me, ahaha! And my family and I--along with an exchange student from France--are going on an epic roadtrip to see stuff I've already seen before. xD But it's awesome stuff. Like Drumheller (dinosaur excavation site-thing), Calaway Park in Calgary and the Mineral Springs in Banff. ^___^ I'm really excited, because the last time I went to any of those was when I was eight or so.

I suppose I am doing alright, though with absences like these you'd expect big huge updates on what I've been up to. In full admittance, I have been up to a great deal of things over the last two months.
For starters my fiance and I almost broke up for very personal reasons. We managed to work things out, and have even started spending much time with her family. Which gets me to more recent events. I've been traveling out to visit her family over 100 miles away. I've gone several times and plan to go again in early September. She even picked out a ring for me to wear, so I can match the one I gave her long ago. Her siblings are a tad too hyper, and lack any form of disciplin imaginable. They don't really know how to show respect and constantly need supervision. I do find it sad. But it seems the only person who can keep them behaving for longer periods of time is me. Sad I admit.
In early, mid July I did go down to the LA area to visit some friends. Which turned out to be an epic bust. I got there after a long trip on Amtrak, and they waited until 8pm to finally let me get a hold of them, and they said "We're doing something else now, go home." So I was stranded in LA for a full day, in the middle of Downtown (The not so wonderful part of town) until like 1:30am. Being harrased by homeless people, and practically forced out of 75$ in cash from these aggressive beggars. For beggars, they are a little too pushy. They were more like; thugs. So I finally got on a bus to the Bakersfield Amtrak station, and met a new friend there. We might be visiting this weekend before they go back to Arcata for their Uni classes.
I did manage to survive reaching age 21, it's been an experience, and I felt a new wave of socializing that I found much more enjoyable. I no longer need to put up with childish immature morons in town. I find that people can strike better conversations in the downtown River City Brewing Company. I met quite a few nice people, and there, they are much more willing to just talk and forget about it later. I suppose that's the kind of socializing I like.
Ive spent far too many years dealing with rude friends who only use me. And I finally put my foot down and tossed away a friend this week. She wanted me to dress, act, and talk like something I am not, because she was absolutely shallow. I do not wish to go into details, but I told her I didn't want to talk to her, told her why, and just stopped talking afterward. I felt good about it, because it told me that I really don't need to have rude friends. I'm much better off having no friends at all, than having fake friends who use and abuse me. Besides, that woman didn't even know how to behave like an adult. Which is rather pathetic.
With all that said, it's a rather bleak explanation of my absence. If I went into further details, it's be this long list that would just bore everyone to self-combustion. So I just keep it at least this short.
Oh yeah.... People.... Get more active, I start feeling awkward whenever I come in here now.
I hope they do, Inu-chan.. Hey wait, do you use that facebook thing much? I'll send you a message on it @__@ I never bump into you on msn or skype these days. >< And I don't devvyart either.. I'll have to get back onto it. xD
And Dan-kun, that's really sweet that you're getting closer to your fiance's family. ^__^; My boyfriend's family really seem to like me, which is a nice feeling. And yeah, you're better off without fake friends. Technically all they're doing it wasting your time.

I live too, ne ne.. x__x; Finished my last practise exam today. It was horrible. xD I was to write about horror films and I could barely remember the names of them, or dates or directors. >< *will be better for the more important exams soon*
I am so sorry for being away for so long, a lot of unexpected things came up.

What JF needs at the moment is a new skin, for the clean up to be complete and for a few reminder e-mails to get everyone online (and heaps of recruiting!).
Well, our trip went well! My student seemed very amused, especially when we went to the big city. A lot bigger than mine, a LOT. One of the malls was seriously 3 KM from one end to the other. @__@'' It was, honestly, the my-feet-hurt-so-good moment of the trip, being there. They had every store imaginable! It was crazy!
Oh, Ravik-san, stranded in LA?! D: Sounds perlious, not to mention those beggars... at least you didn't ACTUALLY get mugged, just kinda pushed around a bit. Better 75$ out and able to walk than contorting on the street. *Shudders*
Oh, Chan, I haven't spoken/messaged (xD) with you in forever! D: We will have to do some talking. Talking is good. :3
Pala, you sure JF needs a new skin? e-e' It seems like a lot of work, and the list of skins seems rather long to me already. Maybe concentrate on updating e-mails, board clean-up and code fixes before the new skin goes up? *Shrugs* I don't know much, so don't feel obliged to listen. xD

Some of the old skins are broken, so i need to get around to fixing them soon.
I'd like to complete the clean up but I'm not sure what the other mods want - maybe when my retests are done I'll just put everything as neatly as I can, and then when the other mods get a chance they can decide how they want things permanently - I hate leaving it in this state XD
Also I really need the power to delete posts in order to complete the clean up *looks at Z7 pleadingly*.
Speak of the devil I actually haven't heard from her in a long time...
